Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

How long it takes

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

Dispatch and transit are quoted separately on purpose, so you can see where the time actually goes rather than being given one vague figure.

What it costs

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, with no minimum order.

Where we cannot reach

We cannot currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Festival orders are different

Anything ordered through a festival’s own shop is collected from the Fat Franks store at that festival, not posted. Your confirmation email carries the collection code to show at the store.
